Data Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your data from the Neosell application, please follow the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Data
- Send an email to atulrohitvikas@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your Facebook user ID or the email associated with your account
- We will process your request within 30 days
What Data Gets Deleted
- Facebook access tokens and connection data
- Product catalog sync configurations
- Any stored Facebook page or commerce account information
What Data Is Retained
Order records and transaction history may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by law.
